Herak, PC/polyester alloy (PC/PBT alloy and PC/PET alloy) series products, which is modified through physics, chemistry and the integration of rheology with mechanic properties and thermal properties, are mainly used in imperial sedans such as imperial sedan exterior parts, for example: imperial sedan bumper, floor panel, face plate and motorcycle guard plate. Zhonglei Science PC/PBT auto bumper can bear low temperature impact below -30℃ and when the bumper breaks, there are no chips because it’s gliding fracture. Elastomer toughening PC/ABS alloy and PC/PET alloy are more suitable to be made into auto body panel, auto side guard plate, splash guard and auto doorframe. The injection molding exterior parts of Zhonglei Science high thermal PC/ABS alloy and PC/PET alloy needn’t to be painted and can be made into auto vent and license plate cover etc.
Herak, PC/polyester alloy has high thermal, high impact and stress crack resistance properties as well as properties of excellent abrasion proof, chemistry resistance, high low-temperature impact strength. Moreover, it’s easy to process and paint and has good moldability.
